The summer internship program provides students in college or high school and teachers at all career stages with an opportunity to learn how to do advanced production work in the field of education. EdLab at Teachers College is committed to developing deep on-going opportunities for engagement with teachers and students in the PK-16 education sector as part of its mission of developing the infrastructure for education in the post-industrial, information-based era. EdLab welcomes inquiries from teachers and students interested in the future of education and the creation of new possibilities for teaching and learning. Advancing Change Agendas with the EdLab Collaborative Solutions Group
The Collaborative Solutions Group at EdLab offers a range of uniquely customized consulting and planning services to schools, school districts, and other educational organizations seeking to meet the increasing demands for education in the post-industrial age. EdLab/HBO Watch It & Learn Events
In partnership with HBO, the EdLab Collaborative Solutions Group will work with schools to develop an educational event drawing on an HBO film or documentary television program. EdLab/HBO learning events typically involve activities in the classroom along with visits to the HBO screening facilities in mid-town Manhattan. For more information click here.
