How to Reduce Image Size Without Affecting Quality
I was reading about the new bootstrap version which was recently released and stumbled upon ImageOptim. It's good in a way that it reduces the size of a jpeg image without reducing its quality. As more and more images are being used, I feel it would be a great way to make our applications download faster for end users. Was wondering if anyone in the EdLab has tried it and found any visible difference and how much percentage in size was reduced from the original image. There is another one which I will be trying to use for Ubuntu.
