You can download the pdf (bottom of the page) for much fuller accounts. I looked at what was funded last year. The projects were not especially innovative or imaginitive -- not in ways the opportunities would seem to invite. I'd welcome thoughts about this. The earliest deadline is not until Feb.1, but a successful application would probably require a prototype of what we wanted funded -- something that demonstrated value and capacity.
