Dean Dan Huttenlocher, Dean of Cornell Tech, is planning to build an institution like no other, right in the heart of New York City. The institution will blend technological innovation with academic experimentation to create a structurally malleable environment, designed to withstand decades of advancement. Preliminary floor plans detail wide open spaces and almost no enclosed areas which developers hope will encourage collaboration across all areas of study.
