Check out the this story from insideBIGDATA about the launch of the Harvard Data Science Review (HDSR). It is a new, peer-reviewed, open access journal.
The Editor-in-Chief is Professor Xiao-Li Meng but they have eight other editors.
Like Teachers College Record (TCR), HDSR has an Advisory Board (29 people, some of who are folks at Columbia). However, unlike TCR, they have 70 Associate Editors. One Associate Editor who stands out is Karim Kassam who leads analytics for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Here are my top three articles from Volume 1, Issue 1 (all pretty short):
Data Science: An Artificial Ecosystem
Data Science: What the Educated Citizen Needs to Know
HDSR might also be a good outlet for some of our work here.
