It’s Your Civic Duty

Bathroom DJ is one of the many accessories we offer to enhance the Learning Theater experience. On June 8th LT will be hosting the TC Board of Trustees and the theme is "Civic Education". The Design Team is reaching out to the EdLab community for suggestion for songs and/or albums that might fit the "Civic Education" theme.

For example:
Schoolhouse Rock’s “How a Bill Becomes Law”

The 1976 Schoolhouse Rock! song about how a Bill becomes a law.
Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On” 1971 album

The 1971 album by Marvin Gaye lyrics talk about hatred, suffering, and injustice after and during the Vietnam War. Gaye's themes of drug abuse, poverty, civic responsibility, and even criticizing global warming.
If you have suggestions on music that inspire you to get active for education please share them in the comments below.
