First Lady Help Improve Test Scores
Test scores play a huge role in the educational career of every individual, regardless of where they attend school. Adequate test preparation is one of the best ways to improve students' test scores. This article looks at a non traditional way in which student test scores have improved. First Lady Michelle Obama visited an all girls school in London. She explained to the girls how she rose beyond her humble background to attend some of the best schools in the country. A followup meeting was scheduled with a similar agenda for the girls. A year later, the girls were granted a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit the First Lady at the White House. The girls achieved record high test scores following the visit from Mrs. Obama. Experts have emphasized that it is nearly impossible to make a direct correlation with the visit and high test scores. It is evident that motivation is indeed a major factor to student success.
