This is another video about my after school program series. McDowell County is an after school program that help students improve their literacy. The video shows teachers giving insights about the program and the improvements in educational outcomes that has occurred as a result of the program. As cited by Literacy Rates Around the World, the United States ranks 26 in overall literacy.
